Letter of Guarantee

Al Baraka Sudanese Bank provides letters of guarantee in accordance with the principles of Islamic Sharia, which is a written undertaking issued by the bank based on the client’s request to pay a specific amount to a third party, that is the beneficiary. Letters of guarantee include: initial letters of guarantee, advance payment notes, money-back guarantees, maintenance, workmanship, tenders, customs and others

How to get service

  • 1. submitting an application
  • 2. A copy of the bid in the case of initial letters or a copy of the contract or letters of acceptance in the case of letters of advance payment and good execution.
  • 3.Submitting an acceptable guarantee to the bank (mortgage, movable mortgages, seizure of assets, securities or valuable equipment)
  • 4. Fill in the bank forms (A, B)
  • 5. Attach a copy of the client's or company's documents or the business name in the case of the first issuance.
  • 6. Complete the company's coding documents as well as its owners in case of a credit code.
